MPT beschikt over circa 10 jaar ervaring in werving & selectie bij zowel corporates als MKB-organisaties. Wij werven op dit moment voor onze opdrachtgevers kandidaten uit de volgende vakgebieden:

Bij MPT geloven wij in een duurzame benadering van recruitment. Door middel van een helikopterview en empathie begrijpen wij zowel de behoeften van onze opdrachtgevers als die van onze kandidaten. Wij streven ernaar om deze behoeften in harmonie te brengen door een soepel en efficiënt proces te hanteren. Onze focus ligt op het opbouwen van langdurige relaties, gebaseerd op wederzijds vertrouwen en transparantie.

Onze aanpak zorgt ervoor dat wij niet alleen de perfecte match vinden op basis van hard skills, maar ook op culturele fit en wederzijdse verwachtingen. Wij geloven dat een succesvolle bemiddeling verder gaat dan enkel het invullen van een vacature; het draait om het creëren van een duurzame samenwerking waarin zowel de opdrachtgever als de kandidaat floreert. Hieronder een uiteenzetting wat u van ons kunt verwachten:

Werkwijze opdrachtgevers:

  1. Uitgebreid netwerk: MPT beschikt over een uitgebreid netwerk van kandidaten dat wekelijks wordt uitgebreid.
  2. Kandidaat interviews: Wij interviewen elke voorgestelde kandidaat grondig.
  3. Eigen interviewstrategie: Wij hebben een eigen interviewstrategie ontwikkeld waarbij we ingaan op de motivatie en ambitie van de kandidaat.

  5. Procesmanagement: Wij managen het gehele aannameproces van A tot Z en de onboarding van de kandidaat en nemen in de offerfase twee referenties af.
  6. Evaluatie: Binnen twee weken na de start evalueren wij met zowel de opdrachtgever als de kandidaat.

Werkwijze kandidaten:

  1. Uitgebreid klantennetwerk: MPT onderhoudt en breidt dagelijks ons netwerk van opdrachtgevers uit.
  2. Interviews: Wij interviewen jou als kandidaat en bespreken al jouw wensen op een open en transparante manier en hebben onze eigen interviewstrategie ontwikkeld. 
  3. Openheid van zaken: Wij bieden altijd openheid over de fee en over het proces inzake de fee. 
  4. Duidelijke voorwaarden: Bij MPT vinden we dat de traditionele recruitment fee niet altijd eerlijk is ten opzichte van zowel de opdrachtgever als de kandidaat.   5. Procesmanagement: Wij managen het interviewproces en de onboarding.
  6. Evaluatie: Wij evalueren altijd binnen twee weken na aanvang van startdatum en blijven dit op regelmatige basis doen.
